Carbonated Beverage Counter Pressure Can Filler Machine. Our Carbonated Beverage Counter Pressure for Cans Filler. Has a production rate of approximately 300 x 330ml cans per hour. This unique filler has the ability to counter pressure fill cans, purging the cans with CO2 prior to the fill sequence, sealing the cans against the custom stoppers. The fill is automatically stopped once the liquid (foam) reaches the level sensors.

The fill process provides for a cleaner can fill, less waste and better dissolved oxygen levels for better taste and better shelf life. This is a semi automated machine so it allows you fill and seam at the same time. Two-person, ergonomic canning operation (two individuals can load, fill and seam at 300-12 oz bph). Adjustable height adjustment and level sensor for consistent level filling. Purge time adjustable for faster fill time or minimize exposure to oxygen.

Easily adjusts for different can heights. Can rest enable higher pressures for less foaming and better carbonation. No product waste from overfill. Light, table-top construction with plug-and-play after minimal setup (no assembly required). Capacity: 300 cans per hour, 12 ounce cans.
