Items with cosmetic damage will have markings that do not affect their performance. This includes, but is not restricted to, dents and deep scratches to one or more of the sides, scuffs, scratches and evidence of testing. Workshop repair items will be collected, repaired and sent back to the sender. Other items will be repaired on-site.

Drain down any excess water by loosening the plug on the base of the unit. Use warm, soapy water to clean the internal ice bay. Dont use any cleaning agents as they could leave harmful residues and affect the taste of the ice.
