Carpigiani 161 G ice cream machine. The 161 G is Carpigianis smallest ever soft machine. 300mm x 630mm x 850mm. Designed for outlets with limited space, the rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side.
With a sleek stainless steel design, its available in non-pasteurising and self-pasteurising models respectively the G and GSP, the latter of which has a 42 day cleaning cycle. The 161 has the advantage of a standard 13 amp plug requirement; a first for self-pasteurising equipment. Able to produce 15kg of soft serve ice cream or frozen yoghurt an hour from a 5 litre tank.
